Step-by-step guide on how to navigate the campaigns and templates

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the campaigns and template section in Brevo-Move to Happiness. It explains the different types of newsletters and how to manage them effectively.

Navigating the campaigns and template section:

Access the admin portal and select 'Brevo' from the left-hand menu.

When you go to the campaigns and template section, you will see four predefined folders:

  1. Campaigns:

    • This folder contains all the newsletters associated with the campaigns you have chosen from Move to Happiness.
  2. Company Newsletters:

    • This folder allows you to store and organize all the newsletters that you have personally created.
  3. Journey Newsletters:

    • These are emails tied to specific content campaigns from Move to Happiness. For example, during the Minimize Stress Challenge, subscribers receive a new tip every two days in their inbox.
  4. Transactional Emails:

    • These emails include automated messages such as invitations to the platform and confirmations for event registrations or cancellations. All transactional emails are properly configured and linked to the necessary triggers, allowing you to focus on other tasks without any concerns about their delivery.

Activating and sending Newsletters:

While transactional emails are automated, campaign newsletters and journey newsletters need to be activated and sent out by you at the right time. Check out how to in the article: How to create, edit and send emails.  You have the flexibility to choose when to send these emails.
