How to manage Event participants in the admin portal

Step-by-step guide to managing participants and exporting registration data

Step 1: Viewing Participant List

  • After creating your event, you can easily manage participants by selecting the 'people' icon located beneath 'Actions' on the right side. This will display a comprehensive overview of all registered participants.
  • You can see registration status and details at a glance.
  • Manage registrations directly from this interface.

Step 2: Adding Participants Manually

  • To add participants from the waiting list, simply search for their names in the list and click the grey '+' button next to their entry.

  • If you wish to add additional participants to the evnt or to the waitinglist, click on the '+' button located in the top right corner. You can then search for the employees you would like to include and select them from the list. Please note that only employees who have been activated can be added to events.

Step 3: Exporting Registration Data

  • To access the participant list, click on the 'people' icon. In the upper right corner, you'll find the 'export' option. Click this to download a comprehensive list of all registrants.

Step 4: Automated Communication Integration

For enterprise clients, there is a real-time synchronization with our communication tool Brevo:

  • All participant data is automatically synchronized with Brevo, facilitating the seamless distribution of important information to event attendees.
