Step 1: Understand the portal structure
The tab ‘Portal structure’ lets you decide how content will be shown on the platform.
- Menus are the top-level categories (e.g. Physical Health).
- Submenus appear under each menu (e.g. Exercises to relieve your back).
- Programs are linked to submenus and include videos, PDFs and surveys.
Step 2: Create your menus
- Go to the left menu and click “Menu”.
- Click “Add new” in the top right corner.
- Fill in all the details for your new menu (title in 3 languages, internal name, and thumbnail).
- Save.
You can create as many menus as you like.
Step 3: Create submenus
- Go to “Submenu”.
- Click “Add new”.
- Repeat the same steps as for menus: fill in the details, upload a thumbnail, and save.
Step 4: Upload your programs
You can now add your own programs.

Step 5: Create your portal structure
- Click on “Portal structure” in the left menu.
- Click “Add new” and give your structure a name.
- Leave the “Active” toggle off until everything is set.
- Click “Create”.
Step 6: Build your structure
Click “Click to see content” to start adding layers to your structure:
- Add Menus
- Click “Import” in the top right.
- Search for your created menus.
- Click the ‘+’ button. A green frame confirms it’s added.
- You can bulk-add multiple menus.
- Add Submenus
- Click “Click to see content” under a menu.
- Add your submenus the same way.
- Add Programs
- Click “Click to see content” under a submenu.
You now have two options:
- Option 1: Import template – Choose a prebuilt MTH program. Click the ‘+’ and all linked videos and PDFs will be included automatically.
- Option 2: Add your own – Click “Import” and follow the steps to upload your content.
Step 7: Activate your structure
Once your structure is complete, you can activate it by toggling the ‘Active’ button.
