Adding a new program to the platform is easy and intuitive. Follow the steps below to upload your content and make it available to your employees.
This feature is only available in the enterprise plan
Step 1: Go to Programs
In the menu on the left, click on “Programs”.
Step 2: Click “Add new”
You’ll be directed to a form to create your new program.
Step 3: Fill in the details
Complete all fields for your program:
- Title
- Short description
- Long description
Make sure to provide the content in three languages: English, Dutch, and French.
On the right-hand side, you can:
- Choose a thumbnail for the program
- Add a name for internal use (not visible to employees)
Click Save when you're done.
Step 4: Add content to your program
After saving, you’ll return to the program overview. You’ll now see a button “Click to see content” and a note saying 0 items. Click to open the content section.
At the top, click “Add new”. You can now choose the type of content:
- Video (Vimeo)
Adding a PDF
- Choose “PDF”.
- Fill in the title and description in three languages.
- Upload your PDF file by clicking the arrow icon.
- Specify the number of pages – this gives users an idea of the reading length.
- Add a thumbnail and a name for internal use.
Click Save.

Step 5: Publish this program on the platform
To make your program visible to users on the platform:
- Go to ‘Portal structure’ in the menu on the left.
- Find the section where you want the program to appear — this can be a menu or submenu.
- Click on the desired menu, then submenu, and choose ‘Add new’.
- Search for the program you just created.
- Click the ‘+’ button next to it.
- Wait until the image gets a green frame — this confirms it’s been added.
- You can now close the window — your program is published and live!
