Step 1: Accessing the user section

Once you have logged in, navigate to the user section located in the left-hand menu. 

Step 2: Locate the user

In this user section, find the person you want to grant specific access. Scroll through the list or use the search function to locate the user quickly. Look to the right-hand side of their name and click on the three dots (⋮) to open the options menu.

Step 3: Assign a role

From the pop-up menu, select 'Assign roles'. A list of available roles will appear. Activate the desired role.
